Qualifications: • Reports directly to the General Manager • Strong accounting experience - Assist with accounts payable/receivable departments – assist in period close, Prepare reports • Experience in compliance with Human Resources and Administrative policies. • Leadership – directly manages administrative and customer service employees • Ability to supervise others • Team player • Strong PC skills – Excel, Word and Access • Experience with payroll a must – reporting and maintaining records • Maintain all personnel files, 401k and insurance programs. • Work closely with corporate headquarters • Customer Service experience • Strong attention to detail • Multi-tasker • Strong research/analytical skills • Self starter • Ability to meet deadlines • Organizational skills • Ability to handle information requests in a timely manner. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. • Must pass a Criminal background check and drug screen • Must have reliable transportation Educational/Experience Requirements: Associates Degree in Accounting or Business and four years of related experience; or appropriate combination of education and experience.
